TasTESOL 2 May 2020 CONFERENCE CANCELLED

Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately, due to the Corona virus restrictions, we will cancel our conference planned for 2nd May.  A few weeks ago, we thought we’d forge ahead, but clearly circumstances have been changing very quickly.

This is very disappointing as Bill McCann had a great line up of 5 interstate and 4 local presenters organised. The flier etc was just about to come off the press! A big thanks to Bill for all his hard work.

No doubt your workplaces have been disrupted too, and times are difficult for all teachers and students.

If possible, we hope to organise forums later in the year. We’ll be in touch again about this and also (somehow!) arranging an AGM and 2020 membership payments.

Take care,

Marlene Chesney

President TasTESOL
